An experience is purchased on our website.
The purchaser chooses whether they wish to recieve the voucher themself (so they can send to the recipient) or if they wish us to send the voucher to the recipient directly. Please put a note in the special request box if you want us to send the gift anonymously.
The gift recipient recieves the voucher.
The gift recipient can contact us via Whatsapp 07384 914 666 or via email chanelskye.shop@gmail.com to choose a date for their stay. We reccomend contacting us as early as possible to secure your preffered date as we do get booked up quite far in advance.
We will require the voucher code to book your stay. Once booked you will receive a full booking conformation.
Standard Check In Time is from 5pm on day of arrival
Standard Check Out Times is by 9am on day of departure
General Information
All Bed Linen and a Full Set of Towels is provided.
Please note these towels are to remain in the lodge and should not be used as Beach Towels.
Please bring your own beach towels.
There is no washing machine available in the lodge. Upon your departure please leave any used towels on the bathroom floor so that we can wash them.
Near the parking area you will find a garden hose, if you come back from a day out particularly sandy we ask that you use this to hose off sandy feet or wetsuits etc before using the shower. This is just because a build up of excessive sand in the showers is not good for them and causes damage over time !
There are no cooking facilities in the lodge, however their is a fridge and coffee machine.
You will find an ironing board and iron in the lodge. Please feel free to use this.
You will find amenities designed to make your stay more comfortable in the lodge, these include basic medicines, soap and shampoo, spare toiletries and first aid supplies. Feel free to make use of any of the amenities.
In the living area there is a double cupboard for guests (3rd and 4th doors when you enter the room on the left hand side), this contains spare towels and amenities as well as a full length mirror and additional hanging space. The other cupboards contain personal items and are not for guest use.
The kitchenette has a fridge which will be stocked with a few soft drinks, light refreshments and milk for your stay. You are welcome to use these. Please do not use anything from the freezer below.
You will find Crockery and Cutlery in the Cupboards, you are welcome to use this, we only ask that it is washed up and put away before you leave.
There is a coffee machine with coffee pods and a kettle provided for hot drinks.
There is a bin provided in the bathroom and in the kitchen. If these have been used then please remove the bin sacks and tie them securely. These can be left in the large bin in the back passage of the property.
The cupboard under the sink contains basic cleaning supplies for wiping down counters etc. We ask that you leave the lodge in a clean and tidy condition ready for us to do a full clean.
Please note any damages (including but not limited to - stained bedding and towels, major furniture scratches, digs or marks and broken crockery) may be charged for.
Please ensure you take all personal belongings home with you on your departure.
Heating and Electric
All heating and electricity will be switched on and ready for your arrival. You can adjust the heating temperature if required but please do not alter any other settings. If there are any issues at all please contact us.

Add a little Cornish indulgence to their stay at Brooklea Lodge.
Our cheeseboard includes three cheeses, red grapes, cured meats, local chutney and crackers — perfect for a cosy evening in.

A beautiful selection of luxury chocolates – the perfect little treat to enjoy during their stay.
🕐 Late Checkout (by 12pm) Standard Checkout is 9am
